A quiet address in Paddington.
Twenty serviced apartments · Bayswater · Since 2010
Chilworth Court
Twenty self-catering apartments behind one Bayswater door — the space and independence of an apartment, with reception, housekeeping and a six-minute walk to Paddington.
The building
One address, twenty apartments.
A period terrace on Gloucester Terrace, a few minutes from Paddington and the north edge of Hyde Park.

The house appears in the 1851 census as a private residence. It became a hotel in the 1970s, and after a full renovation it reopened in May 2010 as the apart-hotel it is today.
Every apartment has its own kitchen, its own bathroom and its own front door. Reception, housekeeping, linen and Wi-Fi are all included, so a long stay feels like living here rather than camping in a hotel room.
Behind the stucco frontage are twenty apartments across seven layouts, from studios to three-bedroom deluxe, all with air conditioning and lift access.

Services
Looked after, not managed.
The point of an apart-hotel is that you keep your independence and still have someone to ask. Everything below is included as standard.

Every apartment in the building is air conditioned — a genuine rarity in a period Bayswater terrace, and a relief in a London summer.
A lift serves every floor, so arriving with luggage or staying on the sixth floor is never a consideration.
A staffed reception during the day for arrivals, questions, deliveries and anything you need sorting locally.
Arriving late or at an awkward hour? Contactless check-in means you can let yourself in without waiting on anyone.
Regular housekeeping keeps the apartment in the state you found it, with fresh linen and towels provided throughout your stay.
Hotel-quality bed linen and towels are supplied and changed for you — no launderette, no packing sheets.
Fast wireless internet in every apartment and in the common parts, suitable for video calls and remote working.
Store your bags with reception before check-in or after check-out and go and use the rest of your day.
Every apartment has its own fitted kitchen, so you can cook a real meal rather than eat out for the tenth night running.
Negotiated rates and simplified billing are available for companies booking regularly or for extended projects.
